The New OFFICIAL MLS Transfer Window Rumor Mill Update

Eddie Johnson: It looks like the GAM is actually going to leave MLS this time, with Reading, Fulham, and Derby listed as the leading suitors.

Brad Guzan: El Guzano is also being wooed by the clubs from the UK, with Celtic being the latest rumor. He's in the last year of his contract, so if Goats USA can't resign him, they need to sell him.

Jose Carvallo (Peru, Universitario de Deportes), Said Godinez (Mexico, UAG Tecos): Unnamed Latin American media sources have these two guys coming to MLS. ECB, aka Mr. Tecos, says Godinez isn't that good, so I guess he'd be headed to Colorado or RSL.

Duilio Davino (Mexico, America): He's in Dallas discussing a contract with FCD. He was released in December by the Aguilas. Davino was a member of the '98 World Cup team.
Gonzalo Peralta (Argentina, Club Almirante Brown): Goff has him rumored to be joining DCU in a deal similar to what brought Facundo Erpen here in '05. I don't know if I like that comparison...

Luis Figo (Portugal, Inter Milan): I don't even want to talk about this one, but it's still on the table.

Guillermo Barros Schelotto: Looks like Guille wants out of Columbus and will likely head home to Argentina after his contract is up in the summer. They might work something out for him to leave before the season.

Andy Dorman: Can't blame him for being in a rush to get out of New England after his stock fell so far in a few months, can you? He's off to St. Mirren of Scotland. Dorman will be be making around $400K for the season, not too shabby...
