MLS Golden Boy David Beckham was injured over the weekend in Real Madrid's match with Getafe. Luckily for everyone (except Madrid), it's only a strained knee ligament that will leave him out for 4-6 weeks. He will miss the big Champions' League match with Bayern Munich, and the La Liga showdown with Barcelona on Saturday.
He won't miss his debut for the LA Galaxy though, so the Don should be able to go back to sleep. I'm sure Alexi was able to get a song out of the situation though, I can't wait to hear it.
